Loan Application, to get loan Pre-Approval and final mortgage financing
Design Gallery Selections, choosing your flooring, countertops, colors, etc.
Second Earnest Money Appointment, and final exterior color selections due
Contract Summary Meeting, to confirm details of documents
Pre-Drywall Meeting, to review wiring, plumbing, etc. while they’re still visible
Orientation Meeting, a final walk-through to preview your finished home prior to closing
Closing at the Title Company to complete financing/ownership documents
