The process for obtaining your funding through Cinch is truly a cinch!

First, you can apply online and submit your documents for consideration. Cinch will lock in a rate for you and confirm the terms of the loan. You’ll have a chance to go over your loan disclosures to make sure everything is as expected well before closing day.

Meanwhile, your loan will be processed. This includes ordering an appraisal and title work, verifying your employment, credit and other financials, and submitting everything for underwriting. If everything is in order, the underwriting phase will result in an approval, which includes any conditions that must be addressed before closing.

In the second phase of processing, the appraisal will be reviewed. Outstanding conditions will be addressed and completed. You’ll obtain and submit insurance documents for your new home.
